Experienced Press Brake Operator

Location: Waterford, CT

Shift: 1st Shift

Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator ready to take ownership of your work? At Seconn Fabrication, we’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team. If you have expertise in CNC press brake setup and operation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to meet job specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling and perform equipment setup for each job.
• Inspect completed work using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and protractors.
• Balance quality, productivity, and safety while working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in press brake setup and operation.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding fabrication processes.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications preferred.
