Experienced Press Brake Operator

Location: Waterford, CT
Shift: 1st Shift
Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator ready to take ownership of your work? At Seconn Fabrication, we’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team. If you have expertise in CNC press brake setup and operation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes with precision and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to meet job specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling and perform equipment setup for each job.
- Inspect completed work using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and protractors.
- Balance quality, productivity, and safety while working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in press brake setup and operation.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding fabrication processes.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications preferred.
